As a seasoned construction industry professional with over two decades of experience, I have worked across various regions in the United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Australia, managing design and construct as well as construct-only projects in several sectors, including civil and structural road infrastructure, residential subdivision developments, defense bases, airports, and major hazard fuel terminals. My career trajectory has seen me climb the ranks from a Site Engineer to Senior Project Manager.

My experience spans the entire project life cycle, from tendering through to project delivery and final commissioning/handover. I have been instrumental in managing safety, environment, quality, and financials, supervising multiple teams/projects and subcontractors, programming, contract management, and problem-solving. I pride myself on my ability to build, develop and manage high-performance teams to deliver projects that exceed clients' expectations.

In addition to my project management role, I possess senior-level experience in financial reporting, human relations, recruitment, quality management, health and safety initiatives, tender support/reviews, and performance management/development. I am also highly skilled in project planning, programming, and execution, leadership, task assignment, communication, team development, working collaboratively, organisation and time management, managing multiple projects concurrently, and fostering long-term client relationships.

My expertise extends to the use of 3D modelling software such as Trimble Sketchup, Blender, and Twinmotion.
